Delivery of Ship-to-Store Orders
When an item on www.acehardware.com is available for Ship-to-Store, that means you can save shipping costs by choosing to have your item(s) delivered to Lewisburg Builders Supply. Ship-to-Store is a convenient service available only to www.acehardware.com online customers. To take advantage of this service, follow these simple steps:
- Shop on www.acehardware.com and select items for purchase
- Proceed to our secure checkout
- Sign in, and then enter (or verify) your billing address.
- Select Lewisburg Builders Supply by entering our 5-digit postal ZIP code (17837) in the field provided in "Option 1" of the shipping destination step of the checkout process.
- Select Lewisburg Builders Supply from the list and proceed through checkout.
- You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to our store.
After you complete your Ship-to-Store order, the receipt page provides you with your order number and information about the order. Keep your order number in a safe place; it will be needed for all order references. Print this screen and save it. You must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID when you pick up your Ship-to-Store order at an Ace Hardware store. You will be notified via e-mail when your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to Lewisburg Builders Supply. The e-mail will also provide you with an estimated in-store pick-up date for your order.
Rules and restrictions for Ship-to-Store purchases:
- At Lewisburg Builders Supply, you must present your printed receipt with your order number, the credit card used for purchase and one form of photo ID in order to receive your Ship-to-Store merchandise.
- If you wish to return Ship-to-Store merchandise, you must return it to Lewisburg Builders Supply.
- Charges (retail price, shipping and handling, and sales tax) for unclaimed online merchandise are not refundable.
