The Woodshop: A Lewisburg Heritage, Revitalized

Local, Custom Woodworking in an Accessible Location

Re-Introducing The Woodshop at Lewisburg Builders Supply

The Woodshop has been a part of our institution for decades, and has seen many iterations over the years. From custom cabinetry in the early days of Clair Miller, to phenomenal custom countertops in the generation of Dave Smith, to the restoration efforts of family member Arthur Griffin, and now into the custom woodworking and furniture making of Lewisburg Builder Supply's new shop carpenter Mark Roberts, our shop has grown quite a lot over the years.

With that growth, we continue to be a local resource for both the professional tradesman as well as the homeowner. Our shop still provides professional services such as custom countertop fabrication and chop shop services such as cut lists and milling, but we have continued to delve deeper into the niche of fully custom projects.

Beginning with Arthur and now continuing with Mark, The Woodshop at Lewisburg Builders Supply has distinguished itself as a place where customers may request projects and have them created with utmost attention to quality and detail.

What kinds of work do we do in The Woodshop?

Our woodshop boasts a diverse portfolio. We have created a variety of custom projects, ranging from tables, to doors, to keepsake boxes, picture frames, display cases, and many, many more unique items.

If you would like to see our department webpage, please visit us here.

If you would like to peruse our online portfolio, please visit us here.

We specialize primarily in hardwood utilization, such as a cherry candle display cabinet, or an ash bartop, or a dovetailed curly maple and walnut keepsake box.

Accessibility is Key.

While there are many other woodshops in our area, very few of them afford the ease of accessibility which The Woodshop at Lewisburg Builders Supply allows.

Our woodshop is located directly inside Warehouse Door 2, adjacent to the store proper, immediately recognized by our distinct green double doors. Our shop carpenter is available each weekday, for a variety of services. We are proud to serve our neighbors, and are glad to offer helpful advice or answer questions whenever we are able to do so, or to give complimentary consultations if a customer is inquiring about a potential project.

The Woodshop is a warm and welcoming environment, open to customers of all ranges in experience or knowledge.
