• Pursue cold leads to generate sales. 
• Interact with hot leads (walk-in customers and similar) to generate sales. 
• Design K&B projects and see them through to completion.
• Interact with manufacturers and distributors to obtain correct product.
• Interact with other LBSC departments to coordinate project completion, such as the woodshop or contractor sales. 

• Must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
• Must be teachable, and willing to learn computer systems for product design, presentation, and ordering.
• Must be proficient in computer skills. 
• Specific experience is helpful, but not required.
• Must be personable, and able to interact with customers in a professional manner.

Overview: The marketing, media and sales position is a marketing-forward position, with minor responsibilities on the sales floor. This role is key to our business, and so we are looking for someone who is willing and able to learn about our establishment and help us put our best foot forward. 

Responsibilities: 

• Management of social media pages (Facebook, Instagram).
• Basic management/upkeep of webpage.
  
• Management of advertisement, such as print, marquee text or radio.
• Coordinate occasional events such as sales or vendor demonstrations.
• Assist with occasional front counter sales for retail customers. 
• Backup assistance for standard counter sales.

Qualifications Necessary: 

• Must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. 
• Must be teachable, and willing to learn about our business, products, point-of-sale systems, and resource systems.
• Must be adept at computer use, and able to navigate basic interfaces. 
• Must be organized, and able to plan tasks or events in advance. 
• Must be personable, and able to interact with customers in a professional manner. 
• Previous experience is not required, but is extremely helpful. Any examples of previous work are greatly appreciated.

Overview: The sales associate positions are available in both part and full time opportunities. This is a light-duty job, with responsibilities in counter sales and basic store cleanliness. Persons with a pleasant personality are strongly preferred for such a position where customer interaction is the primary role. 

Responsibilities: 

• Assist with counter sales for retail customers. 
• Assist with telephone calls, answering inquiries where able and directing calls to other departments as needed.
• Assist with stock management, such as basic restocking of shelves, fronting products, etc. 
• Assist with basic cleanliness management, such as dusting shelves, emptying counter waste bins, and other light-duty tasks. 
• Assist with redirecting customers to the relevant person or department should the need arise.

Qualifications Necessary: 

• Must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation. 
• Must be teachable, and willing to learn about products, point-of-sale systems, and telephone systems. 
• Must be personable, and able to interact with customers in a professional manner, specifically regarding back counter sales and telephone calls.
